1. Order Delivery Timeframe The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your doorstep via DHL/Premium Express.

    • United States & Canada: 5–10 Business Days

    • Europe & United Kingdom: 5–12 Business Days

    • Rest of the World: 7–15 Business Days

2. Shipping Methods & Fees We offer transparent and affordable shipping tiers:

  • Standard Express (DHL/Premium): $5.99 for orders below $39.00.

  • FREE Shipping: Available for all orders over $39.00.

3. Order Cancellation Customers can cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the processing and packaging stage. Once the order is dispatched to the fulfillment center, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Note: Shipping times may be slightly affected by public holidays, customs clearance in destination countries, or extreme weather conditions. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by DHL.
